Being Different isn't Easy

There are two things here in Maryland that needs changing. First is the lack of support the transgender community has from the local governments with the exception of Baltimore. Second is the support of the state legislature.

Controversial DJs Off Air For Now

Transgender former Army Special Forces commander wins almost $500,000 in discrimination lawsuit

A former Army Special Forces commander who was rejected from a job because she was undergoing gender reassigment has won her case for sexual discrimination. Diane Schroer of Alexandria, was awarded $491,190 (£330,653) by US District Judge James Robinson this week.
